worldwide.Join Takeda as an Associate Director, of Regulatory
Digital Innovation where you will be responsible for providing
strategic thinking and expert execution for engaging with global
business stakeholders to understand business capability needs to
seek value-driven innovations. You will strive for the optimization
of global operations and business processes through the application
of innovative digital solutions. You will work with GRA
stakeholders to identify and capture innovation needs and
collaborate with the digital innovation center which will support
the development of digital solutions. This role will focus heavily
on working collaboratively throughout the organization to optimize
and evolve Takeda portfolio products, ensuring continued investment
benefit.You will also contribute to building and implementing the
group's digital strategy in line with organizational values,
objectives, and priorities. Create and embed a prioritization
approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant
processes, tools, and metrics to support business objectives and
new growth opportunities. In partnership with leadership, this
individual will provide input into the digital roadmap and prepare
business cases to demonstrate the value of digital solution
development to the organization.As part of the Regulatory Digital
Innovation team, you will report to the Director, of Regulatory
Digital Innovation and work with a variety of stakeholders across
the business. How you will contribute:
- Stay abreast of the latest emerging technologies (i.e.
artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, augmented and
virtual reality, Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, and future
technologies).
- Partner with the Innovation Delivery Lead and external partners
to implement Digital Solutions to execute on the roadmap.
- Work collaboratively with the Regulatory Information Management
team to identify business process optimization opportunities for
the global collection of regulatory registration data and the
preparation of regulatory documents and submissions.
- Serve as the lead in engaging and defining the business
requirements that support global Regulatory Operations business
needs. This will include collaborating on defining use cases for
the application of digital technologies to the collection and use
of global regulatory information and data as it applies to specific
functional needs. Identification of business process optimization
opportunities with the application of digital innovations and
emerging technologies.
- Partner closely with cross-functional business leads to
optimized processes supported by novel digital solutions and
existing traditional solutions.
- Collaborate with other leaders to deliver value-add
business-facing services to improve system user experience,
information accuracy, and timeliness.
- Lead and define stakeholder management and change management
initiatives. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related experience is required. Scientific
or closely related field preferred.
- 5+ years of digital work experience, 5+ years of cultural
transformation experience, and in-depth experience in the
healthcare, pharmaceutical, or High Tech industry.
- Emerging Methodologies & Technologies.
- Understanding of regulatory publishing and Information
management tools is preferred.
- Demonstrates a high level of leadership, problem-solving
ability, flexibility, and teamwork.
- Exercises good judgment in elevating and communicating actual

currently classified as "hybrid" in accordance with Takeda's Hybrid
and Remote Work policy.Base Salary Range: $ 143,500 - 205,000,
based on the candidate's professional experience level. Employees
may also be eligible for Short-term and Long-Term Incentive
