Responsible for all day-to-day top and bottom-line factors involving profit and loss, practice growth strategies, budget compliance, human resources, supply management, local office marketing, and customer service. Partner directly with Dentists on practice initiatives and methods to maximize production revenue.

Hire and develop office managers to lead and train staff assigned to each office. Plan, forecast, and prepare operating budgets. Monitor monthly P&L statements, operational and collections metrics, and business analytics. Recruit and develop dentists to be industry leaders in providing quality patient care with high case acceptance. Motivate a patient centric culture of continuing care to build patients for life.

The role of the Regional Manager (RM) is to lead regional revenue and profit growth. The Regional Manager ensures each office Manager (OM) operates their office with DAG core values, achieving strong financial results by wowing the patients and teammates. The RM effectively utilizes the resources provided to ensure that each Doctor achieves their practice goals, including the development of productive Associate Dentists (AD)and Hygienists, and the incorporation of specialties in the practice.

Responsibilities

* Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to office managers and driving revenue growth in their region
* Implement and master high level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability in order to achieve same office sales growth
* Develop and conduct effective regional trainings & meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skills
* Develop and demonstrate expertise as to the routines and preferences of the dentists in your region.
* Develop and demonstrate expertise as to back office supply requirements and efficiencies.
* Develop and demonstrate expertise of all dental equipment and ensure continuous maintenance of same through effective education of staff.
* Actively participate in the wow experience for our patients by demonstrating how to keep patients focused on optimal treatment while attending to their individual concerns, and promoting the good qualities of your doctor.
* Effectively train new dental assistants, and educate existing assistants on all new policies and procedures.
* Ensure that all dental assistants know and follow their job description.
* Provide evaluations to OM's and the rest of the staff.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors in your region in order to keep your region's training at the forefront of dental technology.
* Develop and maintain relationships with dental assistant schools/programs in order to effectively recruit dental assistants for your region.
* Assist in preparing new offices in your region for opening.

Qualifications

* Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or other related industry
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills
* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
* Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment in making decisions, and make decisions under pressure
