Job Description:

You will manage the Company Store Program in Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey. You will fully train and develop the Company Store Operator assigned to each route reaching maximum sales and customer service potential. You will establish brand awareness and marketability in the area for future franchisees.

**_The individual for this role must reside, or relocate to the Southeast Pennsylvania - Southern NJ. area._**

The Company Store Program provides an opportunity to join the Matco team in a position that serves as a model for the mobile franchisee opportunities and identifies potential franchisee candidates to assume ownership of a developed route. The Company Store Operator will transition to the route identified for development upon filling the current route. The Company Store Operator may be considered to purchase the route, if interested. These opportunities are limited to specific posted locations.


+ Manage Company Stores' route sales in assigned territories resulting in sales of Matco-approved tools, equipment, and merchandise.

+ Maintain accurate inventory counts on the store.

+ Conduct regularly scheduled training rides with Company Store Operators to each of the stops, shops, or locations on the Distributor's List of Calls.

+ Conduct Company Store sales meetings on an annual basis.

+ Attend Matco Business Systems (MBS) trainings and stay current on product knowledge.

+ Conduct inventory audits.

+ Manage weekly collections and deposits of accounts receivables.

+ Sustain store maintenance and upkeep responsibilities.

+ Bachelor's degree is preferred for future advancement, HS Diploma or equivalent required

+ 3 years of management experience

+ 5 years of sales experience required; field/route sales experience, sales management, automotive tool franchise, and/or self-employed business ownership is a plus

+ Valid driver's license and ability to drive a 16' x 20' vehicle

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and over 100 pounds occasionally
