  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in physician group/ambulatory management as an executive or in a senior level position.
  • Previous experience demonstrating strong inter-personal skills and the ability to manage complex relationships, critical thinking skills, conflict management and creative problem solving and teambuilding skills
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and technology maximization
  • Experience within a matrix environment preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or related field required.
    • Master's degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MA).Demonstrated ability to sustain the organization's mission by creatively ensuring a superior patient, staff and provider experience through the creation of a supportive care environment that leverages technology and standard operating procedures
