- Under the direction of the Clinical Partner Management
Director, the Manager, Clinical Partner Management (CPM) is
responsible for management and facilitation of the Project Resource
Evaluation Process in support of internal Takeda Stakeholders and
ensure the adhearance to supplier strategy
- The Manager, CPM's areas of responsibility include management,
development, and implementation of contracting plans, strategies
and budgets to ensure harmonization among project teams for
outsourced services
- Lead clinical partner management group initiatives and active
participation in workstreams for PREP automation, forecasting and
oversight for the Takeda Trial Delivery Operating
ModelACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Works with Takeda Clinical Operations to assist in facilitation
of supplier approvals and forecasting for leadership review
- Leads and Facilitates PREP review and creation of the Supplier
Oversight Framework Automation tool
- Interfaces with QA team members to ensure audit readiness
and/or supplier qualification status and guides study team members
on supplier onboarding process
- Creates and leads cross-functional training on Takeda supplier
strategy, onboarding, and approval process
- Works with Clinical Partner Management Leads to evaluate
supplier selection analytics to inform future organizational vendor
strategy
- Leads contracting trend review to ensure optimal financial
performance agreements for R&D
- Collaborates with study teams, suppliers, and procurement
business partners to conduct financial study reconciliation.CORE

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience in large-scale research and drug
development in the pharmaceutical and/or CRO industry.
- Proficiency in computer software such as PowerPoint, Excel and
MS Project or equivalent project management softwareIn accordance
