An accredited acute care hospital located in southern New Jersey is currently searching for an experienced Nurse Director of Case Management to join their award-winning healthcare team. The Nurse Director of Case Management will oversee the development and ongoing success of the case management programs including utilization review, intake or discharge planning, and managed care contracting of the organization. The Nurse Director will oversee a team of experienced Case Managers and will collaborate with other departments to ensure organizational operational success. The Nurse Director of Case Management must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing as well as a Master's degree in either healthcare administration or business administration. At least 5 years of prior management experience is required along with current New Jersey state nursing licensure.
