Who We’re Looking For: We’re searching for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Industrial Construction, Materials Handling, or Industrial Machinery. If you’re a proactive problem-solver, an organized leader, and technically adept, this role is for you. Our ideal candidate excels in: - Driving projects from concept to completion - Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Leading teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders - Finding innovative solutions to technical challenges Requirements: Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. - Lead and facilitate project meetings—internal and external—through kick-off to project closeout. - Collaborate with engineering teams to review drawings, documentation packages, and schedules. - Monitor technical installations and quickly address any challenges that arise on-site. - Evaluate and manage project risks, providing timely updates to stakeholders. - Handle client communication with professionalism, including off-hours calls if necessary. - Drive purchasing decisions for project components based on bills-of-material and schematics. - Ensure any scope changes are approved and documented.
