You Have: 4 years of experience managing R & D projects or leading engineering teams Experience monitoring project performance, analyzing outcomes, and implementing improvements Experience developing and managing Work Breakdown Structures ( WBS ) or Integrated Master Schedules ( IMS ) Experience with requirement gathering and documentation, including functional and non-functional specifications Knowledge of risk management principles and the use of risk tracking tools Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budget s, and quality standards are met Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with project management sof tware such as Micro sof t Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana Experience with engineering sof tware such as Creo, ANSYS, or MATLAB Experience working in government, defense, or regulated environments Knowledge of procurement or acquisition lifecycle processes Ability to lead team meetings, facilitate decision-making, and present project updates to senior leadership Ability to work in a dynamic environment Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including tailoring messaging to audiences Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
