The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HVAC systems and a proven track record in installations across a variety of settings, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with prevailing safety and quality standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to energy sustainability initiatives, enhancing the comfort and energy efficiency of our diverse client base. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and public sector locations. Collaborate with project management teams to assess the specifications and requirements of each installation. Ensure all HVAC installations comply with industry standards and local, state, and federal regulations. Diagnose and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Provide detailed documentation and reports on installation progress and other field activities. Offer guidance and technical advice to clients on the management and maintenance of their HVAC systems. Stay updated with technological and legal changes within the HVAC industry. Proficient in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong understanding of mechanical codes and electrical schematics. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Certification required. Journeyman HVAC license in the state of operation.
