position. The R&D Technician will be responsible for the setup,
testing and processing of new blow molds and injection molds prior

Responsibilities Include: Sets-up and Troubleshoots blow molding &
injection molding machines Support Equipment in Support of R&D
projects Work on Multiple Development topics and projects Reporting
project progress to Project Leader Maintain comprehensive and
accurate records of all work in required formats Contribute to and
produce project progress reports as requested Additional duties as
assigned or requested Requirements: 3-5 Years industrial
manufacturing process experience with strong computer skills
Experience in set-up and processing of injection blow molds, and/or
extrusion blow molds, strongly preferred Knowledge of CAD
(Solidworks preferred), electronics, hydraulics, and PLC
programming is also a plus . A command of basic shop mathematics
and mechanical concepts to a level normally possessed by a high
school Vo-Tech graduate in a mechanical trade such as auto
mechanics. High mechanical aptitude (pass the Bennett Mechanical
Test with at least an 80% score). The ability to read and write at
a level of competence that is sufficient to allow the understanding
of written instructions and job related technical manuals and to
write reports of activities that are understandable to others. The
ability to demonstrate an interest in a mechanical trade through
school course selections, prior work history or personal hobbies of
a mechanical nature. Sufficient manual dexterity and strength to
perform all physical requirements of the position. Ability to
operate a computer and familiar with basic MS Word and Excel.
