area. We are adding to our Commercial Service Team! We are
currently seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians. Job
Description Responsible for the installation, maintenance and
repair of commercial/residential HVAC systems utilizing knowledge
of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatic and
electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding and brazing and
mechanical layouts. • Uses a variety of hand tools, following
blueprints, wiring and piping diagrams, or engineering
specifications, to Install, diagnose and repair units. • Operates
refrigerant recovery equipment, vacuum pumps, charging equipment
and service gauges. • Possess excellent troubleshooting skills to
component level. • Inspects system to verify system compliance with
plans and specifications. • Completion of routine maintenance and
operation of HVAC systems and any other related equipment, which
contributes to the safe and effective operation of facilities. •
Maintain quality of work, performance and productivity standards. •
Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC
systems • Records temperature, pressure, and other readings on log
sheet at specified intervals. • Documents work by completing
paperwork on each job and maintaining files. Keeps current all
manufacturers' products concerning installation, operation,
maintenance, service, and repair • May be required to work varying
schedules and shifts to reflect the business needs of the Company.
• Knowledge of VAV/VVT HVAC systems experience preferred. •
Building controls – ATC Temperature Electronic and Pneumatic
controls. Qualifications: • Associate's Degree or Trade School
diploma and education related to the position is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relative HVAC/R maintenance and mechanical
experience • Factory trained technical service school certificates
(Preferred) • Universal Recovery Certification is required. •
Knowledge of BAS controls systems is preferred. • Must possess a
valid driver's license in good standing. Physical Demands: The
physical demands described here are representative of those that

stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing, standing,
