Job Description:

DESCRIPTION: Looking to hire a Maintenance Mechanics with strong mechanical & electrical skills specifically on conveyors. Maintain and troubleshoot all electrical and mechanical aspects of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) on site, including conveyor systems, tape machines, bubble machines, box erectors, I-Pack packaging machines and bubble inserters. Mechanical:- Preventative & proactive maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs on conveyors specifically- Experience working on conveyors (they have a lot of long conveyors - they will work on often)- VFD faults- Light fabrication & MIG welding- Working on conveyors, tape machine, box maker, OPEX robotics, - PLC knowledge is a plus- Troubleshooting 120v-480v- Working on tracking belts, photo eyes, and rollersElectrical: (similar experience to mechanical role):- 2+ years industrial maintenance experience- Knowledge of VFDs, motor wiring, lockout/tagout - 480v troubleshooting- Troubleshoot motors, tape machine & fusesSKILLS:conveyer, blueprint, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematic, machine repair, Repair, Mechanical, Troubleshooting, Maintenance technician, Electrical, Plc troubleshooting, conveyors, photo eyes, VFD, Preventive maintenance, 480, Industrial, Electrical troubleshooting, Electrical maintenance, maintenance mechanics, rollersLEVEL: Intermediate LevelAPPLY TO FIND OUT MORE DETAILS Or contact me at , email: About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
