Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for a full-semester
contract to support K-8 students in a school located in Trenton,
NJ. This opportunity involves working with a diverse caseload of
approximately 45 students across PreK to 8th grade, with potential
involvement in Extended School Year (ESY) services. The position
offers a structured 32.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday from
8 AM to 3 PM. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver individualized
speech-language therapy services to students based on IEP goals. -
Manage a caseload that transitions from a PreK school (now through
3/15) to a middle school setting (3/15 to end of school year). -
Utilize the districts IEP system with provided training to ensure
compliance and accurate documentation. - Collaborate with educators
and support staff to foster students communication development. -
Participate in paid team meetings and allocate time for indirect
service hours as required. - Potentially provide supervision to
clinicians, depending on credential status. Desired Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) with
pediatric and school-based experience. - Completed Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred. - Experience delivering therapy in
school or pediatric settings. - Ability to adapt therapy techniques
to meet diverse student needs. - Strong organizational and
communication skills. - Current credentials aligned with state
requirements including fingerprint clearance. Additional
