Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is
available in Owings Mills, MD. This contract role offers the
opportunity to work within an educational environment providing
essential speech and language support to students in need of
therapy services. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat
speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Develop
individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to
support student progress. Maintain detailed documentation and
progress reports in compliance with school policies. Participate in
meetings and provide consultation related to speech and language
development. Qualifications and Experience: Hold a valid license or
certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Experience
working in school settings is highly preferred. Ability to work
effectively with children of various ages and communication
abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge
of relevant state and federal regulations related to special
education and speech therapy. Location: Owings Mills, MD This
