Position Type: Hourly, Part-Time, Seasonal Role Summary The Pilates Mat & Apprentice Instructor introduces members to mindful movement and body awareness through mat and reformer Pilates infusing barre-style formats. This role builds teaching confidence, class management skills, and alignment with Club Pilates brand standards supporting members transitioning into reformer-based classes. Scope of Teaching Mat Pilates Intro-level Pilates concepts Beginner Reformer Flow (shadowing / apprentice-teaching as applicable) Key Responsibilities Teach Pilates fundamentals with emphasis on alignment and breath Reinforce safety, setup, and equipment awareness Support Intro Classes and onboarding experiences Continue skill development toward Reformer certification Participate in feedback and coaching sessions Requirements Mat Pilates certification Enrollment in or completion of Reformer Core training CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong anatomical awareness and safety focus Powered by JazzHR RGPwOXRyxT
