Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students with severe behavioral challenges in an elementary school setting. This contract role offers the chance to work with a K-8 population, floating between multiple schools, providing direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions under outside Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions and support to students exhibiting severe behaviors Collaborate with school staff and BCBA supervisors to implement individualized behavior plans Monitor and document student progress consistently Maintain a supportive and structured learning environment Adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners within grades K-8 Qualifications: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Prior school-based experience supporting students with behavioral needs strongly preferred Ability to work independently while adhering to supervision requirements Excellent communication and teamwork skills Availability for up to 37.5 hours per week, typically 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Location: Position is based within an elementary school in Lititz, Pennsylvania, serving multiple schools in the district Contract Details: Grant-funded role running from ASAP through June 4, 2026 Contract position with floating assignments across K-8 schools in the district serving students with severe behavior challenges Outside BCBA supervision required This position offers meaningful work supporting student success and growth in a structured school environment.
