Bancroft is actively seeking a full-time -Job Coach -to work in our Adult Employment Program in the -Camden County County -area. -About Bancroft:For over 125 years, Bancroft has been making a difference in the lives of many. Responsibilities











Provides on-site job assessment, skills training, and job coaching to persons served within the Bancroft organization and employed at host organizations to maintain and enhance community-based employment















Qualifications











Education & Experience:High School diploma or equivalent required with additional education in a related field desirable. - BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred. - Related work experience in employment services preferred. Minimum of two years of experience working directly with neurologically-challenged individuals required.
