Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated individual to join our construction firm as a Commercial Roofing Estimator. As part of our team, you will generate detailed cost-analysis and scope of work estimates using historical data, contractor quotes, and site surveys. You provide clients and stakeholders with thorough explanations of pricing and cost details based on gathered data and supported with further estimates of projected maintenance costs and expected product lifetime. Our ideal candidate has extensive prior experience in commercial roofing, consulting, and cost estimating. Commercial Roofing Estimator Duties and Responsibilities Generate detailed cost estimates of commercial roofing projects Visit work sites, inspect existing materials (if present), and gather data related to materials and labor costs Create cost comparisons with historical data of similar projects Solicit cost estimates from contractors Monitor progress of existing projects Commercial Roofing Estimator Requirements and Qualifications Five years of experience in field related to commercial roofing Thorough knowledge of contract relationships, subcontracting, and vendor relations Ability to read blueprints Strong computer proficiency Company Description Atlantic Roofing Corporation was founded in 1992 to provide the Tri-State area with unparalleled roofing expertise and customer service in the roofing industry.
