Make A Difference (M.A.D.) Philadelphia is a female-owned start-up
that believes in equality and social empowerment. Recently we've
expanded our client portfolio, and are therefore looking to grow
and diversify our Marketing Team. We're looking for people with an
outgoing personality, an interest in marketing, and a desire to
make a difference!
As a Marketing Brand Representative, you'll be working with our
existing Marketing Team to provide our clients with a consistent
stream of new, long-term customers/contributors. You'll be thinking
of creative ways to promote their brand, engaging in conversions
with local shoppers, distributing marketing materials, and
completing transactions when the campaign is the right fit for
them.
How do we Make A Difference?
We are happy to create a marketing strategy for our client's
campaign or work within their existing one. Grassroots or high-end,
mass market or niche, our only goal is to produce work of the
highest quality. Examples of previous campaigns include:
Requirements:All Marketing Brand Representatives need to be 18+
years of age due to the nature of the transactions you'll be
completing. You'll also need to be legally allowed to work in the
USA as we're not in a position to provide sponsorship. Finally,
we're looking for people who can work full-time hours and start in
person within 2 weeks' time.
Recommendations:A marketing degree or related coursework is
preferred, but not required as long as you have a good
understanding of marketing techniques and consumer behavior.
Customer-focused work experience such as retail sales, food
service, bartending, or similar is also recommended since you'll be
working as part of a team servicing customers in a fast-paced
environment.
