Customer About You You are a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development
and execution of all Corcentric marketing initiatives. Reporting
directly to the President & COO, the CMOs primary responsibility is
to generate revenue and increase brand recognition by using Demand
Generation, Product Marketing, Market Research, Marketing
Communications and Creative to drive successful marketing for the
entire organization. You bring a strategic long-term view,
exceptional measurement and analytical capabilities, and brand
management. What You'll Do Drive revenue, lead innovation, and
provide strategic vision Identify opportunities for resource &
operational improvements to accelerate growth, and increase
efficiencies Establish goals and KPIs for all of marketing based on
historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance
and pipeline growth Strengthen and measure Corcentric's brand
recognition in targeted audiences across stakeholders Work with the
Executive team to align the strategy across the entire organization
Partner closely with Product development to ensure product market
fit and growth in TAM Keep ahead of the competition by driving the
long term vision of the marketing department Lead and inspire a
team of world-class marketing to produce the best work of their
careers Continually develop practices and processes to inspire,
innovate, and harness new ways of thinking Requirements 15 years of
demonstrated success in owning, leading and managing marketing
programs in enterprise B2B technology or BPO companies Proven track
record of marketing to the CXO at large enterprise organizations
People-focused leader with proven ability to build collaborative
teams; develop people and link performance to overall business
objectives Proven ability to grow and scale a brand at a public
company Strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally
Experience working with various marketing tools relating to market
research, data analytics, website development, product branding,
visual communication software, written communication, and public
relations (Salesforce.com and Marketo a plus) Proven team player
that has partnered with sales leadership Marketing experience to
the CFO persona is a plus
