Job Description Job Description Automated Health Systems has temporary Full Time call center positions available in Elkridge, MD. Bilingual Spanish needed. This position is onsite at 6514 Meadowridge Road, Elkridge, MD. Qualifications for the position include: - Team player with excellent communication skills. - Customer-focused with a passion for helping people. - Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn. - Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment. - Maintain confidentiality of personal health information. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or call center environment required. - High School Diploma, Associates degree in related field preferred. - Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.
