detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in South
Brunswick, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers the
opportunity to support daily operations and contribute to the

environment, this role is perfect for you. Responsibilities: •
Greet visitors and clients while managing front desk reception
duties. • Organize and scan documents to maintain accurate and
accessible records. • Answer incoming phone calls, providing
assistance or directing inquiries as needed. • Perform general
clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. •
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office supplies to
ensure availability. • Maintain a clean and organized office
environment by coordinating basic housekeeping tasks. • Assist with
scheduling and calendar management for team members. • Support
administrative projects and tasks to facilitate efficient office
operations. • Previous experience in an office assistant or
receptionist role. • Proficiency in using office equipment such as
scanners, copiers, and telephones. • Strong communication skills to
handle inbound calls and greet visitors. • Excellent organizational
abilities to manage documents and supplies. • Demonstrated
attention to detail and accuracy in clerical work. • Knowledge of
basic computer applications, including word processing and
spreadsheets. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
effectively. • Comfortable working in a team-oriented
environment.
