Job Profile Title
Administrative Coordinator
Job Description Summary
The position provides high-level administrative and project support
to Schools/Centers. Provide executive administrative support,
including managing physicians' Outlook calendars, coordinate
meetings, schedule conference calls and research team meetings,
submit reimbursements from physicians to Concur, communicate with
ACC and Division to manage accounts, submit expenses to outside
organizations to reimburse physicians for meeting participation,
travel, etc., assist physicians in planning business travel, make
hotel reservations, identify flights, schedule meetings and assist
in arranging physician coverage; manage physician correspondence
including retrieving, opening, organizing, and sending mail,
initiate and/or follow-up on provider to provider communication,
retrieve and facilitate fax correspondence, update and manage
curriculum vitae in FEDs.
Serve as Lead for divisional administrative assistants. Ensures
onboarding and training is complete for all new employees.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications,

requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges
