  • Preparation of close out documents (lien waivers, consents, warranties, etc)
  • Oversee Accounts Payable process to include invoice posting and payments
  • Manage the Certificates of Insurance
  • Assist with Inventory Management
  • Answer phones
  • Assist with the preparation and updates of corporate marketing and branding
  • Assist project teams with project needs to include contracts and subcontracts, travel related needs, etc)
  • Fleet management
  • Performance of tasks as requested by General ManagerAn ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration and 2 years of related experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:
