A well established and growing firm is adding a Director to their
Financial Services group- not due to people leaving but from
promotions from within the firm. This firm is excited to bring in
new talent to add to their team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build strong
relationships with clients Provide high-level tax planning,
structuring, and compliance Identify and provide solutions for tax
risks Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and communicate as
needed with clients Oversee the preparation and review of tax
returns. Foster a culture of growth mindset and excellent client
service Provide leadership and training to staff on technical tax
issues and professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting, or related field. CPA required. 10 years of
experience in tax Proven track record of developing and leading
high-performing teams. A focus in the Financial Services niche
Solid experience working with Private Equity and Hedge Funds.
