This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals in a collaborative environment that values expertise and client service. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and review tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. - Deliver proactive tax planning and consulting services. - Supervise and mentor staff and senior accountants. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value. - Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to firm-wide best practices. Qualifications: - CPA license required. - 5 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax. - Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations. - Proven leadership and team development skills. - Excellent communication and client service abilities. - Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
