Job Description Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Excellent customer serviceMaintain positive contact with clientsDraft and e-file (NJ) with the Court pleadings, including Claim Petitions and MotionsPerform case managementIndependently track deadlinesDraft Interrogatories, requests for discovery, etc.Organize, review, and analyze medical records and discovery documentsCreate settlement documents, demands, etc.Manage and complete daily tasksSkills:Workers Compensation experienceComputer Proficiency with working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and FileVine (or similar document management system)Must exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyDetail -oriented, highly organized with the ability to multi-taskAbility to adapt to changes in workflowPositive attitudeBilingual - Spanish is a plus!Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Workers ' compensation: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person PI7e788c65316f-25405-37168682
