The Affordable Housing Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing and advancing affordable housing initiatives that support low- and moderate-income communities. Working within a mission-driven nonprofit organization, this role leads the planning, coordination, and implementation of affordable housing projects-from predevelopment through completion-while aligning with strategic goals and community needs.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in affordable housing development or policy, strong project management skills, and a passion for housing equity.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage affordable housing development projects from concept to completion, including feasibility analysis, budgeting, entitlements, and construction oversight.
* Coordinate with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and government agencies to ensure compliance and timely project delivery.
* Support grant applications and reporting processes related to housing programs.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones; prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct community engagement efforts to incorporate resident feedback and promote inclusive development.
* Analyze housing policies, market trends, and funding opportunities to inform organizational strategy.
* Represent the organization in coalitions, policy discussions, and community meetings related to housing justice.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Public Policy, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in affordable housing, real estate development, housing finance, or related nonprofit work.
* Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs.
* Proven project management skills, including budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and meeting deadlines.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Commitment to racial equity, housing justice, and serving underserved communities.
