Intelligence - Calvin KleinAs an analytics leader for the Senior
Manager, E-Commerce Business Intelligence will establish a reliable
and ongoing insights and action model to maximize product selling
and inventory opportunities as well as customer retention /
acquisition opportunities for the site. By analyzing trends,
navigating large data sets from different sources, and constructing
scenario models based on the rapidly developing needs of the
business, this position will identify opportunities and recommend
tactics to drive demand and conversion. The role requires a
detailed, efficient, and strategic thinker who possesses a hands-on
approach with analysis, excelling in data visualization and
presentation.Responsibilities:
- Leads data analysis from multiple sources (looking at both
demand and net) and manages cross-functional peer workstreams to
optimize site merchandising based on user behavior and
assortment/investment/inventory strategies
- Analyzes ecommerce and retail KPIs, as well as competitive
insights, to design and drive optimization plans within the
E-Commerce team
- Manages product organization in Adobe to align to product
organization in inventory and order management tools and systems to
allow for efficient data analyses
- Serves as subject matter expertise and leads cross-functional
teams to deliver and maintain consistent dashboard models around
site search, shopping page optimization, and A/B testing
initiatives
- Work closely with the CRM team to identify customer growth
opportunities for the site (acquisition of new or retaining old)
and partnering w/ Site Content and Marketing to tailor
customer-journeys specific to these customer segments
- On-board and also partner w/ the Planning and Merchandising
teams to identify selling opportunities for high converting
products or top viewed products
- Spearhead new ways of working w/ new centralized PVH Analytics
function; share insights and learnings across brands and recommend
best-practices identified for Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of E-commerce Merchandise Planning, Buying, or Finance
& Management consulting
- 1+ years of E-commerce experience is required
- Experience with inventory management over apparel and
accessories and a foundation in ecommerce (Retail math and
E-commerce KPI application)
- Strong knowledge of apparel merchandising & digital sales and
traffic behavior
- Adept and comfortable working with large data sets
- Skilled at translating data analyses into actionable business
opportunities
- Experience with independently learning new systems and
software
- Advanced Microsoft Office products - Excel (Advanced), Word,
PowerPoint (Intermediate+)
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
- Experience working in SAP (or other ERP system) and other data
warehouse concepts a plus
- Process and execution manager over merchandise and behavioral
analytics. Frequent cross-functional peer management, onboarding,
and guidance over multiple teams and management levels to see
projects through to completion
- Logical and thoughtful in approach and influential in
presenting solution options
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Good written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills with
all levels of the organization
- Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly with regard to
anticipating and solving issues or concerns before they occur or
become critical
- Must be a self-starter who is flexible and able to work in a
fast-paced environment
- Must be detail oriented and highly organized This role is not
eligible for sponsorship.Pay Range:$125,000 - $155,000PVH currently
provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job
advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will
pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the
time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be
determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not
