Senior Accountant

Job Description:

Senior Accountant $95KRESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare journal entries, analysis and account reconciliations.
- Help maintain, improve and participate in the month-end close process by completing analysis and preparing journal entries such as accruals and deferrals.
  - Ensure compliance with GAAP.
    - Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
      - Perform in-depth variance analysis for revenue and operating expenses.
        
        Prepare operational and ad hoc reporting for additional analysis for additional analysis associated with financial statement areas assigned.
        
        Assist in preparing and consolidating financial reporting and analysis for P&L and balance sheet.
        
        Intercompany reconciliations.
        
        Assists with year-end budgeting and planning.
        
        Assists with related special projects as required.Qualifications:
        
        Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or Finance, combined with 5+ years accounting experience.
        
        CPA certification preferred.
