Job Description:
Associate Directors have a responsibility to lead a Corcentric
practice area. The Associate Director will provide inspiring
leadership on multiple dimensions - success as measured from the
perspective of the customer, thought leadership and collaborative
leadership for the practice area. The Associate Director is
ultimately accountable for consistent delivery across engagements
and practice area knowledge development and collaboration across
departments in the customer lifecycle. The Associate Director will
manage the day to day operations of their practice area including
ensuring the right talent is on projects at the right time by
accurately forecasting staffing needs to meet client engagement
demands. The Associate Director collaborates with the Vice
President of Professional Services to set the strategic direction
for the practice area.Responsibilities:Project Management:
- The Associate Director will have 10-20% of their capacity to
support client projects either in an advisory role or program level
sponsorship on a project.
- Sales Support for Proposal Estimates & Assumptions, Prospect
delivery approach and scoping, SOW creation and Sales
Transition.
- Accountable for practice area project margin, team utilization
and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Accountable for practice area project quality through the
development and implementation of a project quality program
- Manage the staffing process for practice projects and
collaborate with other practice area leads to ensure overall
utilization
- Support the delivery teams to prevent and manage project
escalations
- Solution enablement that are the best for the customer not the
easiest
- Drive collaboration across the sales, delivery, customer care
and customer success that results in smooth transitions and strong
adoption of the solution.People Management:
- Mentor and develop assigned practice staff
- Conduct capacity planning against sales forecast to size the
team
- Lead the recruiting and hiring process for the practice
area
- Lead the Performance management process for the practice
teamPractice Development:
- Set annual plans for service offering and development of new
offerings
- Maintain a closed loop process from project closeout through
methodology improvements
- Update and maintenance of Delivery methodology and sales
support collateralSuccess Matrix:

- Experience setting and achieving department objectives,
managing budget and direct reports
- Ability to lead and mentor staff through continuous improvement
and career growth
- Demonstrated ability to interact with C suite for escalations
and steering committee
- Ability to develop strategy, develop plans to achieve and
execute to the plan
- Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial
environment
- 7+ years' experience providing order to cash, managed AR or
EIPP at a project management level in a SaaS or consulting
organization
- 10+ years' experience providing consulting directly to
clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients
simultaneously
- Superb project and client management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of US business practices and
terminology
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking
skills
- Initiative, drive, willingness to learn, ability to
innovate
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Travel to Corcentric offices and Customers required
